9.3 Self Test
The Self test procedure of FAR-2157 and FAR-2167DS is the same as FAR-2127 series
radar. The self-test executes in [MENU] -> 9 -> 8 -> 2: SELF TEST.
Display
TEMPERATURE
Detects the temperature of the RFC board.
Tuning indicator voltage outputted from the IF AMP board. It is used for
TUNE IND
Auto-tuning and the tune indicator.
Hi-voltage outputted from the TX-HV board in PSU-006 Unit, which is
HV
applied to the pulse transformer. 50/60 kW: 770 VDC.
R.MONITOR
DI-MONITOR voltage from the MIC.
MAG CURRENT
Magnetron current.
HEATER
Magnetron heater voltage outputted from PWR (RF) board.
12V
+12 VDC voltages outputted from the PWR (RF) board.
-12V
-12 VDC voltages outputted from the PWR (RF) board.
5V
+5 VDC voltages outputted from the PWR (RF) board.
+32 VDC voltages outputted from the PWR (RF) board.
32V
It is used for power of the TUNE circuit of MIC.
TUNE OUT
TUNE control voltage of MIC. It varies with MIC.
Shows the transmission trigger frequency. It varies with the pulse
TRIGGER FREQ
length/range and indicates the frequency between 500 Hz and 1900Hz.
The antenna speed is set from the bearing pulse detected on the BP
ANT SPEED
GEN board. The revolution varies with the types of the gear box, that is
18/22.5 rpm in X-band and 21/26 rpm in S-band.
