The Ticket Category dialog is used to select a category for the problem. The frequency of the
problem is established.

The Ticket Category dialog continues the process. Refer to
explanation of the selections.
Main Menu Bar
Critical means the problem must be solved immediately.
Highest priority.
Urgent means that solving the problem is very important but
not critical. High priority.
Major means that the problem should be solved. Medium
priority.
Minor means that the problem should be solved. Low priority.
Enhancement means that the problem should be solved.
Lowest priority
A description of the problem.
