Setting up the server

Prerequisites
Before setting up the server:
Download the latest SPP:

Support validation required
Verify that your OS or virtualization software is supported:

Read the operational requirements for the server:

Obtain the storage driver if needed:
Download it from the HPE support center website.
Extract it from the SPP.
Procedure
1.
Unbox the server and verify the contents.
2.
(Optional) Install hardware options.

3.
Install the chassis in a rack.
4.
Connect all peripheral cables to the chassis.
