parameter of Pb.08 and Pb.T0 descriptions

(T) T5kW and below power class: The fan will run after power on
(T) T8.5kW to 45kW : The fan is controlled by the heat-sink temperature
(3) 55kW to 75kW : The fan will run after power on
(4) 90kW and above power class: The fan is controlled by the heat-sink temperature and running
