When PID is set to negative function (setting P8.09 to T):
If pressure feedback lower than sleep pressure setting (H0.3T), and last longer than sleep delay time
(H0.34), the frequency decelerate to 0 Hz.
If pressure feedback excess wake up pressure setting (H0.3T), and last longer than wake up delay
time (H0.33), re enter the PID regulator and acceleration from 0 Hz.
