12) Install the M-bushing on the brush.
13) Apply adhesive agent (Cemedine #575 or equivalent) to the
rear bracket installation groove in the M-bushing.
14) Install the rear bracket and tighten the two 4 mm screws
securely.
15) Tighten the two through bolts securely.
16) Set the 8 mm washer and the 8 mm spring washer on the
rear bracket, and tighten the 8 mm hex nut securely.
