n Remove any obstacles, cables, etc. from the cleaning route that could be a hindrance to cleaning. If the
machine detects an obstacle during autonomous cleaning and slows down/stops, it may be unable to
completely clean away all dirt.
n Please do not include any of the following locations in the cleaning route. If there are any obstacles, please
remove them in advance.
Prohibited locations
Places where the machine may not be able to run
properly, such as steps
Angled surfaces
Areas with reflective objects
Areas where a person may suddenly pop out in front of
the machine.
Areas with obstacles
Specific examples
Grooves between floors, drainage lids, gratings
Around elevators, escalators, steps, stairs or other
moving platforms
Braille blocks or thick rugs
Slopes etc.
Areas with automatic doors or around reflective objects
such as windows or mirrors
*An error may occur when cleaned autonomously.
Please clean the area manually.
Kids corner etc.
Decorations hung from the wall, handrails, slippers,
cords, retractable outlets, obstacles (ropes, cables,
high tables) that are placed higher than the height of
the machine, etc.
