Storing the Machine

Once cleaning is complete, move the machine manually to its predetermined place of storage.
n When not using the machine, store it with its power turned off.
n If not using the machine for a long time, turn off the Secondary Battery Power Button (⇒see "Secondary
Battery Power Button").
n Store the machine where it will not be a hindrance to fire doors, stairs, or firefighting equipment.
n Always store in a dry indoor location free of humidity.
n After use, always turn the machine off and recharge its battery.

Packaging the Machine

If not using the machine for a long time, follow the steps below to pack the machine. As a safety precaution,
always work with at least two people.
n Before packing the machine, be sure to remove the battery (⇒see "Machine Battery; Recharging the
Machine's Battery").
Pack the notification pager and brush in the special packaging box.
