1 Introduction 1 Introduction Keenbot is a meal / item delivery robot provided by SoftBank Robotics which aims to work together with staff at restaurants, hotels, inns and retail stores. This Keenbot Operational Manual (hereinafter referred to as "this manual") provides operating instructions for both Keenbot and Keenbot Laser models. -

• Servicing, disassembly and repair should not be undertaken by people other than SoftBank Robotics or other service staff who has received training approved by SoftBank Robotics. When connecting the charger to the machine, check that the connectors are not damaged and that there is no foreign matter. -

Otherwise, it may cause fire, injury, electric shock, damage, malfunction, overheating, leakage or rupture. Do not cook (bake, roast, etc.) on the machine. Otherwise, it may cause death, injury, or malfunction or damage to the surrounding objects.
