Removing the main silencer

Warning
The exhaust system gets very hot when the vehicle is driven.
Danger of burns

Allow the exhaust system to cool down before performing any work on the vehicle.

Installing the main silencer

Position the angle lever and linkage lever.

Mount and tighten fitting

Raise the link fork slightly to be able to mount the
screw more easily.

Mount and tighten screw

Install the main silencer.
-
Install the right side cover.
-
Remove the motorcycle from the lift stand.

Remove the right side cover.

Detach spring

Spring hook (50305017000)
-
Remove screws @ with the washers and take off the main
silencer.
Main work
Mount the main silencer. Mount screws
but do not tighten yet.

Attach spring @ .
I
Spring hook (50305017000)
O
-
Tighten screws with the washers.
