Main work
-
Remove lower bearing ring
Tool bracket (58429089000)
Pressing tool (58429092000)
-
Press the new bearing ring up to the stop with special
tool @) .

Remove upper bearing ring
Tool bracket (58429089000)
Pressing tool (58429092000)
-
Press the new bearing ring up to the stop with special
tool @) .
Tool bracket (58429089000)
Pressing tool (58429091000)

Remove lower steering head bearing
-
Remove the seal ring.
-
Grease and mount the new seal ring.
-
Press on the new bearing with a suitable tube as far as it will
go.

Finishing work
-
Install the lower triple clamp.
-
Mount the handlebar cushion.
-
Install front fender.
