Removing Second Level Cache Modules (C160L)

Before removing second level cache modules, remove
the Main Tray Assembly from the system unit.
Only the C160L CPU board has removable
NOTICE:
cache modules.
Perform the following steps to remove the cache mod-
ules:
1 Locate the cache modules on the CPU board, as shown
Figure 42

Cache Module Location (C160L)

If only a faulty memory module is replaced, use the pdt
clear command in the service menu of the Boot Console
Interface. Answer y to the prompt
in Figure 42.
