How turn up heat on printer heads? On the Markem 5400 printer

The heat on the printheads of a Markem 5400 printer is controlled by the ink line heater circuit and internal parameters. There is no direct user-adjustable setting to increase the heat. The ink line heater operates automatically, and the Printhead Voltage, which affects jet firing and heat, is pre-programmed and can only be changed by Markem-Imaje service personnel.
