Test Description

The output of the synthesized sweeper is fed through a power splitter to a power sensor
and the analyzer as shown in
level is adjusted at 50 MHz to place the displayed signal at the analyzer center horizontal
graticule line. Measurements are made at various points depending on the model being
tested. The signal source amplitude is measured with a power meter to eliminate errors
due to source flatness. The power meter is zeroed and calibrated before starting the
measurement.
