After installation or maintenance, slide the server all the way back into the

rack and secure it in place.

Disassembly/Reassembly Process

Before installation or removal of any hardware, always ensure all data is

backed up properly.
Disconnect the power cord(s) of the server and all attached devices from the

power outlet.
There is no need to remove power from the server when replacing hot-swap

components.
If more than one option is to be installed, read the installation instructions

for all the hardware options and identify similar steps to streamline the
installation process.
