12. Turn the zoom gear ring to its maximum range in both directions and verify the zoom motor
assembly teeth contact the zoom gear teeth throughout the full range of adjustment.
If the teeth do not contact the zoom gear teeth throughout the full range of adjustment,
readjust the position of the zoom motor assembly.
13. When all adjustments are complete, tighten the screw on the zoom motor clamp.

Installing the lens

The lens must be installed before using the projector.
Caution! If not avoided, the following could result in minor or moderate injury.
Keep fingers and other body parts away from the moving parts in the product. Tie back long
hair, and remove jewelry and loose clothing before manually adjusting the product.
Motors and fans may start without warning.
Before opening the projector, set the lasers to minimum power.
Notice. If not avoided, the following could result in property damage.
Always place the lens cap onto the lens when moving the projector to avoid scratching the lens.
Remove the lens cap before turning the product on to avoid damaging the lens.
1. Move the lens clamp to the open position.
2. Remove the small lens cap from the rear of the lens.
3. Insert the lens with the zoom motor assembly straight into the lens mount without turning it.
4. Move the lens clamp to the locked position.
5. Remove the lens cap from the front of the lens.
6. Connect the two zoom motor connectors.
