products under 21 CFR 1040, except with respect to those
characteristics authorized by Variance Number 2019-V-0640
effective on March 8, 2019.

extreme high brightness can cause permanent eye damage. Class 1
Laser Product - Risk Group 3 according to IEC 60825-1: 2014 and
IEC 62471-5:2015
