c) Ensure auto focus is set on the camera.
d) Run Hawkeye calibration.
Ensure the process is done in low light and is not be interrupted. The process lasts 15 to
25 minutes.

Rotating the integrator rod

The integrator rod is aligned by Christie. If screen shadows exist, perform this procedure.
1. Remove the optical access cover.
2. Loosen the two screws (3 mm hex) securing the retaining clip to the rear of the integrator.
Use caution when loosening these screws to avoid damaging the remote temperature sensor
module (RTSM).
3. Rotate the integrator rod to remove the shadow from the corners.
4. To focus the integrator rod, slide it forward.
5. To secure the integrator rod, tighten the two retaining clip screws.
6. Replace the optical access cover.

Adjusting horizontal boresight

Boresight adjustment balances the tilt of the lens mount to compensate for screen-to-projector tilt.
Warning! If not avoided, the following could result in death or serious injury.
UV EXPOSURE! Protective UV safety glasses with side shields and Christie approved protective
safety clothing must be worn when performing optical adjustments or servicing the product.
EXTREME BRIGHTNESS! Do not place reflective objects in the product light path.
Caution! If not avoided, the following could result in minor or moderate injury.
Do not look directly into the lens when the light source is on. The extremely high brightness can
cause permanent eye damage.
Adjust boresight with low light levels from a single laser module.
1. From the Test Pattern menu, select the Boresight test pattern.
2. Loosen the lens mount stabilization screw (D).
