8. If necessary, adjust the spacing between the zoom motor assembly sensor and the zoom
sensor flag.
a) Loosen the screw securing the zoom gear ring and move it backward or forward.
b) Tighten the screw when the adjustment is complete.
9. Verify there is a small gap between the zoom motor assembly teeth and the zoom gear ring
teeth.
10. If necessary, adjust the spacing between the zoom motor assembly teeth and the zoom gear
ring teeth.
a) Loosen the zoom motor clamp locking screw and move the zoom motor left or right until
you can access the adjustment screws.
b) Loosen the adjustment screws (A) and (B) and move the zoom motor up or down.
c) Tighten the adjustment screws.
d) Reposition the zoom motor assembly and tighten the zoom motor clamp locking screw.
11. Verify the zoom motor shaft is aligned with the lens axis.
