Convergence is only adjusted on the primary 4K light engine.
1. Reduce the laser module power to 25%:
RGB sliders can be set to 100%. Change the master slider to the required overall brightness
percentage as specified below.
a) Open the IPG RGB GUI application.
b) Reduce the RGB laser power to 25%.
2. From the Test Pattern menu, select the Convergence test pattern.
The following test pattern does not show correctly if Hawkeye software calibration is not
complete and the Convergence pattern should be selected within Hawkeye software.
Otherwise, turn on the 2K light engine completely after selecting the test pattern by navigating
to MENU > Admin > Diagnostics and turn the 2K light engine test pattern to White for red
green and blue.

3. Set the lens to its lowest zoom setting.
4. Perform a convergence to red (on page 57).
5. Adjust the zoom and focus until the entire outer edge of the test pattern frame is in focus.
6. Turn the horizontal and vertical adjustment screws on the 4K light engine until the lines in the
test pattern form a single, solid white line.
7. If the convergence was altered, the Hawkeye calibration must be redone.
