1. Ensure that the appropriate job is open and selected on the Run Mail screen.
2. Select anywhere within the envelope on the Run Mail screen.You can also select the Edit
envelope link.
3. Select the Postal Inscription option from the list box on the left of the Edit envelope screen.
4. If you have selected a class that requires an inscription the option Based on mailing class and
services... is automatically selected. You cannot deselect a required inscription, or choose a
different inscription.
5. To select an inscription manually, select the option for Select from list and choose one of the
available inscriptions.
6. If you do not want any inscription to appear, select Don't print postal inscription.
7. Select OK when done.

Adding or changing a text message or return address

Add a customized text message to print a return address or your own personalized message. You can
store up to 20 text messages.
Your message must comply with the postal rules for your country.
1. Select Edit Envelope from the Run Mail screen.
2. Select Text messages and Return addresses.
3. Select New to create a new text message.
4. Enter your text message.
5. Select Save.
6. Name the text message.
7. Select OK.
8. Select one of the available messages. A check mark box appears next to the selected message.
9. To change the position of the message, use the Green Position Arrows on the right side of the
screen.
10. To remove the message or return address, deselect it.
11. Select OK.
Viewing available messages / return addresses
1. Select anywhere within the envelope on the Run Mail screen.You can also select the Edit
envelope link.
