(Direct Image Script Header)

This command replaces the need of the D200 script header and allows users to print a
graphic without needing to save it to the printer first. The ^F and ^T fields are ignored when
printing a full-page graphic image. Header parameters in order:
lsx,lsy,gap,dtm,spd,det,ofx,ofy,agd,binary tag, file size.
The binary tag is an optional parameter used to indicate the file type sent; "b" indicates Raw
Binary Image File, "c" indicates Compressed Binary Image File, and no parameter indicates
a BMP image file.
The "File Size" is an option parameter used when sending binary or unzipped BMP files. If
no size is sent, the printer assumes that the data is a PKZIP file.

2.3 3xx Series Commands

The 3xx series commands control basic operation and list commands. Commands will
return the current status and/or setting if the ^Dxx command is entered without an
argument. The ^D3xx series commands are also required to be sent each and every time
because persistent or values set outside a script file are not retained. Entering a question
mark ("?") after the ^Dxx command causes the printer to report the commands current
