4.2 Assembly

The machine is usually supplied pre-assembled and ready for installation on the track at the gradation
indicated in the installation drawing.
The Motor Carriage can always be removed from the Frame-Lift Unit to facilitate installation.
The following preliminary operations must be performed in order to carry out the assembly stage and check
the integrity of the components:
Open the machine box, checking the integrity of the packaging.
Identify and remove any casing, accessories and nuts and bolts that may be near the guide to
shelter from bad weather.
Do not activate the Traction Unit as it is provisionally fastened to the Frame-Lift unit.
Remove the sides of the packaging box and make the Carriage accessible. Note: the sides of the box
can be used to rest the subsequent mounting stages and consequently to avoid damaging or making
the components.
Additional instructions not contained in this manual are necessary in the event that machine gradation is to
be personalised.

4.2.1 Self-supporting support

In some cases, the machine can be delivered with a mounting support to be mounted. In this situation:
1. the machine should be taken
out of the packaging box. Use
the box as support, remove the
screws on the lower part of the
frame.
2. Then position the support as
shown in figure (fasten it to the
machine structure with the two
screws previously mentioned.
3. Before moving the machine,
ensure that the screws and
mounting support are securely
fastened.
