4.1.2 Guide to be installed with toggle bolts (perforated guide)

The wall anchoring guide is different from the others in that it is perforated along its entire length. The hole
dimensions are 19 mm. The installation diagram shows the positions of the guide installation preparation
holes and the auxiliary setup dimensions (Fig. 22, levels X,Y,Z etc.). Instructions:
2
Verify the solidity of the support wall (concrete) as well as its levelness (remove any bumps if
necessary).
Make a hole at the top of the wall (Fig. 22 dettaglio "1"), insert the bolt, take the guide piece and
anchor it to the wall only utilizing this hole. In this way, the guide is hinged around one point and can
turn freely.
Rest the guide on the stairs (multiple part guide) or on the ground (single part guide), make the second
hole (Fig. 22 dettaglio "2"). Lift the guide (having it turn around the fixed point) until the guide matches
up with the hole just made in the wall. Insert the bolt and block the guide. The remaining holes in the
wall need to be made using the guide as a template.
Note: When dealing with the multiple part guide, the height of each single track piece has been
calculated.
Attention! Only use bolts supplied with the machine.
Attention! Only install the main part of the guide, leaving the locking hood aside to be fastened later
(after having placed the stairlift on the guide).
