5.3 Adjusting the platform's horizontal alignment

Without load control device
The horizontality of the platform is factory set, but can be corrected by means of the screw on the lower part of
the "frame" (Part 2) which, moving away from or closer to the frame, determine the stop point (and, therefore,
the inclination) of the platform. Let the platform assume an angle of 0° when the load on the lift is half the
allowed capacity (or to the actual capacity of use).
With a load control device (from March 2011)
In cases where it is necessary to adjust a platform with a load control
device, adjust the horizontality as shown.
 open the platform and make sure it is in the desired position
(slightly inclined upward to compensate for the presence of weight,
using a weight equal to half the allowed capacity or to the actual
capacity of use. Otherwise, add or remove spacers.
 close the platform, ensuring that only the convex part of detail 3
goes matches perfectly with the stop.
 at this point, adjust the other stop point, moving the M16x40 screw
toward the platform (without putting it in contact). The distance
between the screw head and the edge of the platform should be
approximately 1 mm. The platform should recline on this last point
only with the application of the load.
 Calibrate the electrical device.
 Verify that, with load cell application, the numerical value shown on
the display increases.
Warning! The M16 nut head must not be stopped against the platform, otherwise the load cell will
not work.
