Calculating values from LIOx:
The states of the digital inputs and outputs are mapped in a binary coded way:
Digital input image: 0x90  '1001.0000'  Inputs 1 and 4 are set.
Digital output image: 0x8  '1000'  Output 1 is set.
Analog values and supply voltage are mapped as 12-bit value in hexadecimal
format:
Analog values: 0x000 ... 0xFDF  0.00 mA ... 20.00 mA
Supply voltage: 0x000 ... 0xFDF  0.00 V ... 35.20 V
