Pitch peeler blade (Gimbal adjustment)

If it is necessary to adjust the pitch or to enable a tipping of the labeler resp. The peeler
bar, labelers provide an additional, so-called gimbal. It is located at base flange of the la-
beler.

Procedure
Adjust the distance of the peeler plate (s. Fig. 7-10 or Fig. 7-11) and if appli-
cable. –angle (s. Fig. 7-11) to the product according to required criteria (s.
section above). Use therefore the positioning device of the respective labeler
(s. from page 36).
If a gimbal adjustment is available and an adaption is necessary, please
follow the description „Gimbal adjustment (pitch peeler blade)" from page 50.
Let further products run in singly in the label system to check your adjust-
ment.
