Overview
In the sub-operating mode "Single block"
individual blocks of a main program or subroutine or of a user cycle are
executed after the "Start" button on the machine operating panel is pressed.
In the sub-operating mode "Single step"
individual blocks of a main program or subroutine or of a user cycle are
executed after the "Start" button on the machine operating panel is pressed. It
is similar to "Single block", but additionally has the compensation blocks inser‐
ted by the NC (e.g. to activate cutter radius compensation) or NC-internal
cycles.
In the sub-operating mode "program block"
individual blocks of a main program or subroutine are executed after the
"Start" button on the machine operating panel is pressed. The blocks are exe‐
cuted individually, as in "Manual input". Block preview is not possible!
In normal operation programs are executed in "Subsequent block"
, i.e. the program is processed continuously using NC start.
The functions "block search" and "NC program restart" simplify the testing and
implementation of NC programs.
