tion table has one D-correction ("D1"). Alternatively, any D-correction table can
be used as the template for creating a new table.
1.
Select the directory in which the new D-correction table is to be created
in the MTX Navigator using the mouse or the arrow keys.
2.
Press the <F2> "New" button and then press the <F6> "D-corrections"
button in the lower level of the F-key bar.

In the context menu, select menu item New ▶ D-corrections.

Press <F8> to switch to the second F-key level and press <F2> "File..." to
switch to the file functions.

Press the <F2> "New..." key.

Enter the name of the D-correction table. An automatically generated table
name is filled in by default.
4.
Close the dialog box by pressing "Ok".
A D-correction table is created and is opened in the D-correction editor.
Proceed as follows to use any D-correction table as template:
1.
Open the "New" dialog box (see
correction table" on page

If necessary, enter a new name for the D-correction table.
3.
Select the field "Template" in the "New" dialog box.
The entry field for the name of the template (default: "DC1.dct)" is activa‐
ted. If the default "DC1.dct" template is not used, a name with the path
information of another D-correction table can be entered here. If a table
name is entered without path information, the template is sought in the
path "/database".
4.
Acknowledge the entry by pressing the "Ok" button.
The new table is opened in the D-correction editor. The number of D-cor‐
rection blocks and D-correction values is adopted from the given template.
Functions on the Main Level of the D-Correction Editor
Functional key <F2> "Add correction block" can be used to add new D-correc‐
tion data sets to the table. New data sets are attached to the end of the table.
D-correction data sets are assigned running numbers (D1-D99).
<F3> "Delete correction block" is used to delete the last D-correction data set.
