9. Add 39 fl-oz (1.1 l) of recommended engine oil (Figure 10-9, Page 10-14).
10. Install the dipstick.
11. Connect the battery.

ADD ENGINE OIL

CAUTION
• Do not remove the dipstick while the engine is on.
CAUTION
• Too much engine oil can decrease engine performance and damage the engine. Do not exceed the
recommended engine oil capacity.
Before engine oil is added:
• Disable the vehicle.
To add engine oil:
1. Remove the dipstick (1) (Figure 10-7, Page 10-13).
