18.4 Example of Connection with Memory

This section provide an example of connecting the µ PD780065 with external memory (in this example, SRAM) in
Figure 18-8. In addition, the external device expansion function is used in the full-address mode, and the addresses
from 0000H to 9FFFH (40 Kbytes) are allocated for internal ROM, and the addresses after A000H from SRAM.
