15.3.3 Adjusting the vertical lift

Tool to be used
Use an Allen key (size 2.5).

Unscrew 2 Allen countersunk screws M4 x 6mm⑦ – ISO 7380 –
10.9.
10. Push the circuit board with the end switches ⑤/⑥ towards the end
stop⑧ until the end switch⑤or ⑪ audibly clicks into place and then
tighten the 2 Allen countersunk screws M4 x 6mm⑦ – ISO 7380 –
10.9.
Risk of damaging the motor arm
If the motor arm is moved without a correctly installed end
switch, the motor arm can be damaged and must be re-
placed:
• Never move the motor arm without a correctly installed
end switch.
The vertical lift adjustment can change gradually during
operation if the Allen countersunk screws M4 x 6mm⑦ –
ISO 7380 – 10.9 have not been properly tightened:
In this case there is a risk of the motor arm hitting the ceil-
ing or another pendant system:
• Tighten the Allen countersunk screws M4 x 6mm⑥ to
3Nm.
11. Shut the bottom rear cover④ as described in Chapter 15.3.4 on
Page 74 and perform a function test.
12. Repeat these steps for the end switches ⑩/⑪ if required.

15.3.4 Shutting the bottom rear cover

(See "Figure 57")
13. Fold up the bottom rear cover④ until the 2 latches② snap into
place.
14. Check that the cover④ is securely in place:
The guides (not illustrated in the Figure) of the cover④ must sit in the
side cover panels.
The cover④ must sit on the side panels without gaps.
15. Insert 2 Allen countersunk screws M3 x 10mm① into the 2
openings③ in the cover④ and tighten them.
