Mounting Cables

11.8 Connecting the cables to the motor arm Single arm, with
Navigator M6
The cables are pre-assembled by Nuvo. The instructions in the paragraphs below only re-
fer to the connection or replacement of cables.
1. Observe the safety instructions in Chapter 11.2 on Page 46.

11.8.1 Routing the cables from the main board to the DC/DC converter

(See "Figure 35")
2. Plug the cable plugs③/④ onto the corresponding main board sockets② as illustrat-
ed in the Figure.
3. Route the cables ③/④ towards the DC/DC converter① and plug them onto the cor-
responding DC/DC converter sockets① as illustrated in the Figure.
11.8.2 Connecting the motor and the end switch of the height adjustment mech-
anism
(See "Figure 35")
4. Plug the cable plug⑤ onto the corresponding main board socket② as illustrated in
the Figure.
5. Plug the cable plug⑥ onto the corresponding main board socket② as illustrated in
the Figure.
11.8.3 Connecting the control cable of the brakes and the height adjustment
mechanism
(See "Figure 35")
6. Establish the assembly connection⑧ between the control cable⑦ routed out of the
Navigator M6 and the control cable⑨.
7. Route the control cable⑨ in the protective tube through the bow⑩, mount the strain
relieving mechanism⑩ and plug the cable plug onto the corresponding main board
socket② as illustrated in the Figure.

11.8.4 Connecting the electromagnetic brake

(See "Figure 35")
8. Establish the assembly connection⑬ between the cable⑫ and the extension
cable⑪ included in the scope of delivery as described in Chapter 7.2.2 on Page 34.
9. Plug the extension cable plug ⑪ onto the corresponding DC/DC converter socket①
as illustrated in the Figure.

11.8.5 Mounting the power cable

(See "Figure 35")
10. Plug the power cable plug⑭ onto the corresponding main board socket② and route
the cable towards the interface plate as illustrated in the Figure.
If required, a circuit diagram/wiring diagram can be made available by Nuvo.
