Making Measurements
On the N9040B:
1. Select Frequency and set Center Frequency to 20 GHz and Span to 
2. Select BW and set Res BW to 470 Hz.
3. Select Trace and set Trace Type to Max Hold.
4. Observe the GSM signal.
On the VXG:
1. Select the Signal block to open the Vector Modulation Signal Setup.
2. Use File Select to navigate to:
