Decode to Decoded TB.
This will decode PDSCH to the transport block, which is exactly the
payload bits we configured in PathWave. Ensue that the Transport Block
Size (TBS) 901344 is the same as in PathWave as this is the criteria to
check the parameter alignment for channel decoding. TBS is auto
calculated with MCS, Time/Frequency allocation, DMRS settings and
Antenna Port settings.
