Making Measurements
On the N9040B:
1. From the menu panel, select Mode/Meas > Spectrum Analyzer mode >
If accessing the instrument via a Remote Desktop connection, select the
Screen tab (at the top of the display) to open the
Mode/Measurement/View Selector window.
2. Select Frequency and set Center Frequency to 20 GHz and Span to 
26
Swept SA Measurement > Normal View.
10 MHz.
Observe the 15 tones.
