Lights
For safety reasons, Mercedes-Benz recom-
mends that you drive with the headlamps
switched on even during the daytime. Le-
gal and optional additional requirements
may impose variations in certain countries.

If you are travelling in countries where vehi-
cles are driven on the opposite side of the road
to that of the country in which the vehicle is reg-
istered, oncoming traffic may be dazzled by the
asymmetrical dipped-beam headlamps. Have the
headlamps switched over to symmetrical dipped
beam when driving in these countries. You can
obtain information from any Mercedes-Benz
Service Centre.
Light switch
The light switch is located on the upper
section of the centre console.

Locking slide
Locking slide 1 in light switch 2 pre-
vents you from inadvertently switching
from normal lighting to blackout lighting*.
