Check the expiry dates of the first-aid kit
contents annually and replace them if neces-
sary.

When positioning the warning triangle,
please observe the legal stipulations in the coun-
try concerned.

Comply with the safety precautions in the
"Flat tyre" section when using the jack
( page 207).
Warning triangle
The warning triangle is located behind a
cover under the glove compartment.

Turn rotary catches 1 through 90° us-
ing a suitable object, e.g. a coin.
Remove cover 2.
Unclip retaining straps 3.
Remove warning triangle 4.

Positioning: fold stand 1 out to the
sides.
Pull side reflectors 2 upwards to form
a triangle.
Secure reflectors 2 using retainer 3.
