Defining Ready Delay

Use Ready Delay to prevent the melter from immediately exiting out of
Heating when the tank reaches its set point temperature, thereby allowing
enough time for adhesive to melt that is sufficient for production.
NOTE:
S
Regardless of a cold start, if Ready Delay is enabled, the melter will enter
Ready Delay if the manifold set point is less than 28_ C (50_ F) of its set
point. Enabling other external zones has no effect on Ready Delay.
ü
1. Press the
on the Navigation pad to toggle Ready Delay to Enabled or
Disabled. The default is Disabled.
2. Select Time, press >, and enter the amount of time you want the melter
to continue to heat, thereby preventing the melter from immediately
exiting out of Heating. This provides time for enough adhesive for
production to melt in the tank. The default and minimum is 1 minute, and
the maximum is 60 minutes. When done, press
3. Press < to return to the Setback Settings menu or
Home screen.

Bypassing Ready Delay

appears.

Ready Delay, but
