Defining the Over/Under Temperature Thresholds

Use this setting to define the maximum/minimum temperature offsets from
any heated zone set point before the system goes into an Alert condition. If
the condition is not resolved within 2 minutes, the system goes into a Fault
condition.
1. Select Over Temperature Threshold, press >, and enter the maximum
temperature offset above any heated zone before receiving an Over
Temperature alarm. The default is 15_ C (27_ F), the minimum is 5_ C
(10_ F), and the maximum is 61_ C (110_ F). Press the
Navigation pad to accept your change and to return to the Global Settings
menu.
2. Select Under Temperature Threshold, press >, and enter the
maximum temperature offset below any heated zone before receiving an
Under Temperature alarm. The default is 25_ C (45_ F), the minimum is
9_ C (10_ F), and the maximum is 60_ C (110_ F). Press the
Navigation pad to accept your change and to return to the Global Settings
menu.
3. When done, press < to return to the Temperature Settings menu or
to return to the Home screen.

Defining Temperature Setback

Use this setting to define the number of degrees by which all heated
components will be decreased (offset from current set point) when the
controller is placed into Heat Schedule and Manual/Automatic Setback.
1. Select Temperature Setback, press >, and enter the temperature offset
for any heated zone that you want to use when the melter is in setback.
The default is 50_ C (90_ F), the minimum is 5_ C (10_ F), and the
maximum is 60_ C (120_ F). Press the
your change and to return to the Global Settings menu.
2. When done, press < to return to the Temperature Settings menu or
to return to the Home screen.
NOTES:

Press
on the OLED panel to clear and reset any Alert, Fault, or
Stop condition.

Regardless of the defined setback temperature, the temperature set point
for any heated zone can only be reduced to 40C (100F).
