● Certain circuits in the NetCol5000-A has lethal voltage. Only professional
technicians are allowed to perform maintenance.
● Exercise caution during live-line troubleshooting.
● If jumpers are used for troubleshooting, remove them after troubleshooting.
Connected jumpers may affect control functions and damage equipment.

Possible Cause
Compressor, fans, or
pipes are loose.
The high-pressure switch
reacts.
Circuit breakers, fuses, or
cables are disconnected.
A compressor motor is
damaged.
A compressor does not
need to start.
The refrigerant loop or a
component is blocked.
The outdoor unit is
installed in an
inappropriate position.
(The outdoor unit should
not be exposed to direct
sunlight and must be
installed at a specified
spacing according to the
installation guide.)
Air exists in the cooling
system.
Heat dissipation is poor
because of blockages in
the condenser.
Solution
Check the fixing
structure and ensure that
all components are
securely installed.
Check the high-pressure
switch status.
Check the main circuit
breaker, compressor
circuit breakers, fuses,
and cables.
Replace the motor.
Check for any startup
requirement on the LCD.
Check whether the
refrigerant loop or a
component is blocked.
Install the outdoor unit
in a correct position,
without exposure to
direct sunlight and with
an appropriate spacing.
Exhaust air, and examine
and repair the pipeline.
Clean the condenser fins.
