    2.4.1 Cooling Components Appearance NetCol5000-C can be installed on a concrete floor or an ESD floor, is combined with IT cabinets. It supports underfloor or overhead cabling and piping, and is maintained from the front and rear doors without movement.

    The drainage system uses dual floats and double water pumps, achieving higher reliability. 2.4.2 Controller The controller of the NetCol5000-C consists of a liquid crystal display (LCD), main control board, and temperature and humidity collection board. The 7-inch true color-sensitive LCD offers a user-friendly interface for you to perform query, settings, monitoring, and maintenance.

    2 Product Description 2.5 Typical Application Scenarios The NetCol5000-C is a high-heat-flux cooling solution that applies to high-density data centers or overheated areas in common data centers. It adapts to class A environments specified in the Code for Design of Electronic Information System GB50174-2008 and Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centers—ANSI/TIA-942.

    This chapter describes the installation guide for the NetCol5000-C, including precautions, transportation and installation, and cable connections. 3.1 Installation Precautions Precautions To ensure the optimal operating condition and longest service life, install the NetCol5000-C correctly as required.  Check whether the environment meets the requirements before installation, and whether reconstruction is needed for routing pipes and cables and constructing ventilation pipes.

    3.2 Transportation and Entry 3.2.1 Transportation No excessive tilt or jolt is allowed during the transportation of the NetCol5000-C. Therefore, choose the rail, sea, or good road transport. When moving the NetCol5000-C, keep the gradient within 75-105degree, as shown in Figure 3-2.

    Ensure that the active and standby power cables are correctly and securely connected. 4.2 Setting Parameter 4.2.1 Powering On the NetCol5000-C Before commissioning the NetCol5000-C, learn about the functions and positions of circuit breakers. Figure 4-1 shows the positions of the circuit breakers.

    Power on the NetCol5000-C and close all circuit breakers in sequence. When the NetCol5000-C is powered on for the first time, the screen will display an information to enquiry you if the voltage is consistent with the mains, if yes to continue, else to contact Huawei technical support.

The high float floats, the full water alarm is generated, and the drain abnormal alarm may be generated.     Users can change the password which login currently.  The Guest user can only start and shut down the NetCol5000-C, and query parameters on screens. If you need to configure parameters and perform maintenance, please log in as other types of users.
