You can view the refrigerant oil status from the oil sight glass of the compressor.

Water Sensor
When the pair of terminals of the water sensor detect water or other conductive
liquid, resistance between the two terminals decreases. During the maintenance,
check that the two detection terminals, as shown in
corrosion, foreign matter, and connection in between.
