Additional notes on the Clinician Programmer Software:
PROGRAMMING
After changing stimulation settings in PROGRAM, always navigate to the REMOTE
screen and SAVE the latest changes to a program slot.
REPORTS
The patient report may display an incorrect ramp time value. The same ramp time is
displayed for all programs in the report, when in the Patient Options menu, the "Set
As Patient Defaults" is checked. This may not be the correct ramp time value for all
individual programs on the report. The ramp time value in the "Patient Options" window
always displays the correct ramp time value for all individual programs.
GENERAL NOTES
If "No Stimulator Detected" is displayed, do the following:
● Verify that everything is still connected and aligned.
● Check to see that the Remote Control is still in CP Mode.
● Press "START."
SYNC DATA
When data is synced between two Clinician Programmer systems that have different
system times set, there can be overlap of data in the reports. Check and update system
clocks before syncing.
If no Clinic Patients are displayed when attempting to sync, exit by selecting the "Done"
button and select "Sync Data" again.
