Clinical Activity Report

The Clinical Activity Report lists and groups patient visits based on "reason for visit" for
one or all physicians. To create a Clinical Activity report:

Select the range of the report by checking the boxes next to one or both options.
Options include:
● Last Visit
Only information on patients whose last visit occurred between the two
selected dates will be included in the report.
● Physician
Only information on patients with the selected physician will be included
in the report.
