Generic Report

Generic Report provides different reporting options for one patient based on data
acquired within a specified range of dates. To create a Generic Report:

Select the type of report to generate by clicking on the corresponding button.
Choose from:
● Programs: all programs created with the CP, including date/time it was
saved, slot number, graphical display of electrode configuration, stimulation
parameters, and options for each program
● Threshold Measurements: not applicable
● Impedances: history of all impedance measurements made with the CP
● Battery Charge Profile: history of battery charge, in Volts, measured at 4 hour
intervals
● Stimulation Use Profile: history of program usage
● Patient History: date, reason, and notes for each visit

Select a patient from the Patient drop‑down list on the right side of the screen.

Limit the results in the report by selecting two dates from the drop‑down menus,
such that only information on the selected patient collected during visits that
occurred between these two dates will be included in the report.

Select the order the information will be displayed.
Check the box next under the Order option to display the information in an
ascending order (by date). Uncheck the box to display the information in
descending order (by date).
