Creating a New Patient

To create a new patient:

Click the down arrow on the right side of the Patient drop‑down menu.
2 Select New Patient.
The Profile Screen will automatically be displayed.

Fill in the patient's information.

The Start Screen will automatically be displayed.
5 Click the down arrow on the right side of the Reason for Visit drop‑down menu.
6 Select the appropriate reason for the visit.
