Installing the lower triple clamp

Main work

Clean the bearing and sealing elements, check for damage, and
grease.
Long-life grease ( p. 112)

Insert the lower triple clamp with the steering stem. Mount upper

steering head bearing .

Push on protective ring

Mount and tighten adjusting ring
steering head bearing.

Position the upper triple clamp.

Mount steering head nut
–
Install the fork legs. ( p. 39)
