Installing the lower triple clamp

Main work
–
Clean the bearing and sealing elements, check for damage, and
grease.
High viscosity grease ( p. 110)

Insert the lower triple clamp with the steering stem. Mount upper

steering head bearing .

Check whether upper steering head seal

Push on protective ring
–
Position the upper triple clamp with the handlebar.

Mount nut , but do not tighten yet.

Position the fork legs.

Bleeder screws are positioned toward the rear.

The upper milled groove in the fork leg must be flush with
the upper edge of the upper triple clamp.
