Checking brake discs

Warning
Danger of accidents Worn-out brake discs reduce the braking effect.
Make sure that worn-out brake discs are replaced immediately. (Your authorized GASGAS Motorcycles work-

Finishing work
Install the front brake caliper.
Install the brake disc guard at the front.

Remove front brake disc guard.

Check front and rear brake disc thickness at multiple points for the

Wear reduces the thickness of the brake disc around the
contact surface of the brake linings.

Change the front brake disc.
Change the rear brake disc.
Check front and rear brake discs for damage, cracking, and deforma-

Install the brake disc guard at the front.
